Puts business owners on the frontlines of combatting crime and retail theft.
SB 94 (Cortese)
Would allow parole for people who were sentenced to life in prison.
ACA 4 (Bryan)
Would allow felons to vote from behind bars.
SB 81 (Skinner)
Promotes early release policies.

SB 14 (Grove)
Would make trafficking of a minor a “serious” felony.
