Californians Against Crime

Assembly Republicans are fighting back to stop crime & save California from this downward spiral. We are living with the consequences of policies that favor criminals over law-abiding Californians. Here are just some of the bills we are working hard to stop in their tracks.

Bills We Oppose:

SB 553
SB 553 (Cortese)
Puts business owners on the frontlines of combatting crime and retail theft.
SB94
SB 94 (Cortese)
Would allow parole for people who were sentenced to life in prison.
ACA4
ACA 4 (Bryan)
Would allow felons to vote from behind bars.
AB 2035
SB 81 (Skinner)
Promotes early release policies.

Bill We Support:

SB 14
SB 14 (Grove)
Would make trafficking of a minor a “serious” felony.
